Meals Included: breakfast, lunch and dinner ( lunch only for day participants unless other meals are requested)
8:00-8:45 On-land technical discussion
9:00-11.00 Dragon Boat
11:30-12:15 On-land Technique review group 1 (8 people/group)
12:15 -1:00 On-land Technique review group 2 (8 people/group)
1:45-2:30 On-land Technique review group 3 (8 people/group)
2:30-3:15 On-land Technique review group 4 (8 people/group)
3:45-5:15 Dragon Boat
5:30 -6:00 On-land Technique review group 5 (8 people/group)

Sunday 24th October
Meals Included: breakfast, lunch (lunch only for day participants)
8:30-10:30 Dragon Boat
11:00-12:30 Video review (with 20 paddlers)
1:00-2:30 Video review (with the other 20 paddlers)
3:00-4:30 Dragon Boat
4:30-5:30 Open discussion

What you need to bring:
• Paddling gear for 2 days
• Paddle
• Comfortable clothing
• Sheets, pillow, doona/blanket
• An open mind to learning

NB No laundry facilities at the camp so bring adequate clothing for two day – Linen Packs are available for hire for $10.00 – please let me know if you require these so I can pre order and add to your invoice. Please also advise any special dietary requirements so that I can inform the caterers. Feel free to email me if you have any further questions at this stage. Now here are those bio’s.

Our next regatta is the Burleigh Fire Dragons Regatta at Lake Orr, Varsity Lakes, Robina, on Sunday 26th Oct.

THIS IS THE INDY WEEKEND.

All categories are on offer- Mixed, Womens, Open (Men), Juniors, Masters (over 40′s) and Grand Masters (over 50′s).

Starts at 8 a.m.  Everyone needs to be there by 7 a.m.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON GOING TO REGATTA, OR GOING TO INDY, OR BUSY ELSWEWHERE, SO WE CAN ENTER TEAMS.

Hi Everyone

Attached is an official invitation to attend the Burleigh Fire Dragons Regatta on
Sunday 26th October at Lake Orr, Christine Avenue, Varsity Lakes.

Events are many and varied. Clubs will get a chance to compete in many events including the 2000 metre race as well as a new event, The Tri Nations Challenge.
There is a separate entry form for the Tri Nation Challenge, so if any of your club members are interested in competing in this race, they must also fill in this form.

Please send in your completed registration forms as soon as possible.

ID Tags

Please note that we required to adhere to QDBF policy, therefore all paddlers will have to present their ID tags at marshalling.

No Tags – NO PADDLING

Hope to see you all there, should be a fun day.
