Hi everyone!!!!

Some of us Paddlers are doing Boxercise Class on Wednesday nights at Nerang PCYC at 6.15pm-7.30pm, its $14 to become a memeber then $7 for each class.

Its a fun but hard workout, I highly reccomend it if you dont go to the gym this is a good way to get your fitness going outside our paddling training.

If its not close by you there could be another PCYC in your area.

Its time to work up some sweat and get ready for the NATIONALS!!!!!

FRIDAY 29TH AUGUST- BUNNINGS,  NERANG-  8-30 A.M. TO 3 P.M.

SUNDAY 14TH SEPTEMBER- BUNNINGS, SOUTHPORT-  8-30 TO 3 P.M.

SATURDAY 18TH OCTOBER- BUNNINGS, SOUTHPORT -  8-30 TO 3 P.M.

We can now sell food and drinks at all Bunnings stores.  YIPPEE!!!!!!

To One and All, Paddlers, Friends, Partners, Kids, etc,

Broadwater Dragons is having a BBQ at the Jarvis Home- 35 Chopin Court, Nerang, this Saturday from 6-30 p.m.
BYO everything- meat, salad, chairs, drinks.
We will provide the BBQ.

For the crews travelling to Tin Can Bay and to Penang- this will be our celebration to wish everyone an awesome trip, awesome experience, and awesome paddling.

See you all Saturday.

Just a reminder- you are all expected to attend training on Sunday.

hi guys just a reminder that the BBQ at nerang is not just for the men if any women can help it would be greatly appreciated

Hi All,

Please note that the Nerang Market display planned for this Sunday has been postponed, and also the Come & Try Day for next Saturday has also been postponed to a later date.

This is due to the Coach’s busy work schedule and to the fact that Paul and I have been very busy over the past 3 weeks with the Worlds and 3 days officiating at the Dragons Abreast World Championships in Caloundra last weekend it has been difficult to get everything organized.

It will happen, just not this weekend.

Sunday 14th October- Gold Coast Chinese Dragonboat Club Regatta.  We need everyone there so we can enter 2 teams- Mixed only.  Please sign on THIS SATURDAY OR NEXT TUESDAY, and pay $10 BEFORE THE DAY for race entry fee.

ADDED TO CALENDAR-

4th Nov-Sunday-

Tri Nations Training Day with Tewaka and Brisbane River Dragons at Colmslie, followed by BBQ.  We will be taking a big bus, so everyone is welcome-families and friends-for a fun day out.  BYO everything.
