TRAINING  IS  BACK  TO  TUESDAYS  AND  THURSDAYS  STARTING  THIS  WEEK. 5-30P.M.  ON THE WATER. Sundays as usual at 8 am on the water.

DRAGON BOAT RACING IS BACK AT PARADISE POINT

Sunday 1st March, 2009

CORPORATE AND SOCIAL TEAMS ARE INVITED TO THE
PARADISE POINT DRAGON BOAT REGATTA

Great for team building, co-operation and motivation in a friendly and social atmosphere.

Corporate & Social teams- Maximum of 20 paddlers (maximum of 10 men) per team.

Team Entry Fee- $300-00 including 2 sessions of training with an experienced coach
prior to the regatta (includes Sports insurance cover).

A sweep/coach will be provided for all races. All equipment is supplied, including life jackets.

Dragon Boat racing- from 9-00 a.m. to 3-00 p.m. approx, with race heats held in the morning, and finals after lunch. All paddlers to arrive at venue by 7-30 a.m.

Trophy presentations at end of racing.

Food & drinks for sale.

Hi All, Training this Sunday- at the back end of Hinze Dam.   ALL PADDLERS TO MEET IN COLES CAR PARK- GOLD COAST SPRINGBROOK ROAD-MUDGEERABA-GOLD COAST UBD- MAP 58 C2BY 7-15 A.M. HINZE DAM LOCATION- MAP 46 Q12.  (No road is shown on map, but you will see it when you get there). We are taking 2 boats, so as many  paddlers as possible are needed so both boats get a good workout. THIS IS COMPULSORY FOR ALL NATIONALS PADDLERS.
